On October 28, 2024, the opening ceremony of the Nationwide Green Building Materials to the Rual Area Campaign (Jiangxi, Gao'an) and Ceramics Procurement Festival took place in Gao'an, Jiangxi. Key officials from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Building Materials Federation, and Jiangxi government participated, highlighting the importance of promoting green building materials for stimulating consumption and fostering industry growth.

Zhang Haideng emphasized the significance of green materials in revitalizing consumer demand, while Gao'an, as a major ceramic production base, hosted this event to enhance green development. Chen Guoqing praised the progress of green materials initiatives since 2022 and outlined support measures, including policy support, tech exchanges, product recycling, and a comprehensive green materials service system.

The event also saw the release of the "Jiangxi Green Building Materials Product Catalog and Enterprise Directory (Batch 2)" and promotion of Gao'an's ceramic industry standards. Over 130 representatives from construction, manufacturing, ceramics, equipment production, and regulatory agencies attended.
