On March 11, Yan Xiaofeng, President of the China Building Materials Federation (CBMF), met with Zeng Guang’an, Vice President of CBMF and Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and CEO of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. CBMF Executive Vice President Chen Guoqing, Vice Presidents Zhang Dongzhuang and Sun Xingshou, and Guangxi Liugong Vice President Pan Hengliang attended the meeting.

Yan Xiaofeng highly commended Liugong’s achievements in strategic direction, international vision, technological innovation, and market expansion. He emphasized that, in the context of green and low-carbon development and evolving market demands, enterprises must take proactive measures to reduce costs and expand internationally while maintaining high-quality development. He underscored the necessity of steadfastly pursuing green transformation by restructuring the energy mix to reduce reliance on fossil fuels, seizing new opportunities presented by breakthroughs in new energy technologies, and recognizing carbon reduction as a dual driver of technological innovation and economic benefits. He expressed his hope that Guangxi Liugong would continue to enhance its industrial design capabilities and play a greater role in advancing the high-end, intelligent, and green development of equipment manufacturing in the building materials industry.

Zeng Guang’an provided an overview of Guangxi Liugong’s progress in green and intelligent manufacturing, as well as its achievements in the field of new energy construction machinery in response to China’s “dual carbon” strategy. He emphasized the company’s strong commitment to collaboration with CBMF and expressed anticipation for joint efforts in equipment renewal, technological innovation, digital transformation, and industrial design to drive the integration of the construction machinery and building materials sectors.

Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the application and future development trends of construction machinery in the building materials industry, the prospects of green and intelligent manufacturing and new energy construction machinery, as well as collaboration in promoting digital transformation, the "6-Zero Factory" initiative, and industrial design in the building materials sector.
