On October 15, Yan Xiaofeng,  President of the China Building Materials Federation (CBMF), met with Chang Zhangli,General Manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM), and his delegation. Sun Xingshou,Vice President of CBMF, also attended the discussion.

Yan Xiaofeng expressed his appreciation for the exhibition plan of the “Good Materials” zone. He noted that both CBMF and the building materials industry attach great importance to the initiative and are actively advancing the work of aligning “Good Materials for Good Houses.” This includes continuous efforts in policy research, technological innovation, standard system development, and promotion, aiming to build a comprehensive supply system for high-quality materials and strengthen the connection between production and application. He emphasized that the upcoming “Good Houses” Technology Exhibition should highlight the health, safety, environmental friendliness, and high quality of materials. Through immersive and interactive experiences, the exhibition will showcase new concepts and achievements in the building materials industry, demonstrating how high-quality materials support improved housing quality, and guide the industry’s transformation and development.

Chang Zhangli stated that, following the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and under the guidance of theCBMF, CNBM will coordinate the exhibition and display of the “Good Materials” zone to fully showcase the industry’s capabilities and contribute to the construction of “Good Houses.”

The meeting also included discussions on promoting technological innovation in the building materials industry and advancing industrial structural adjustments.
