As an industry model for "zero purchased electricity" factories, a public open day activity themed "Striding Towards Carbon Neutrality · Embarking on a New Journey of Six-Zero" is currently being held here. Under the background of advancing the national "dual carbon" goals, the cement industry, as a high-energy-consuming industry, faces tasks such as stricter control over energy consumption; Jining Conch explores energy self-sufficiency and realizes "zero purchased electricity," providing a reproducible and promotable "Conch Solution" for the building materials industry.
Wind Chasers, Asking the Sky for "Energy"
Inside the Jining Conch factory area, giant white windmills rotate with the wind. "The 'big windmills' are not only a scenic line, but also our 'green gas station.'" The staff proudly introduced the operation and maintenance status of the distributed wind power project. Relying on unique resource advantages, Jining Conch is vigorously laying out a clean energy system. From wind power generation to photovoltaic application, the company is continuously increasing the proportion of green electricity self-sufficiency, gradually breaking free from dependence on traditional energy. Walking into the central control room, the huge electronic screen instantly caught everyone's eyes. There is no roaring machine sound here, only the crisp echo of keyboard typing. "What everyone sees now is the industrial brain of the entire factory area." Yang Yong, deputy general manager of the company, introduced in detail the "Green Electricity Brain - Load Balance Scheduling Control System" and the "Environmental Protection Management and Control - Ultra-Low Platform Management and Control System." Visitors held their breath and gazed, watching how the digital integrated management and control platform accurately schedules every link of production just like a "commander." "In the past we relied on experience, now we rely on data," a visitor sighed with emotion. Through the live demonstration of digital energy saving and carbon reduction examples, everyone truly felt the green dividends brought by the smart manufacturing transformation.
"Huaguo Mountain" Inside the Cement Plant
"Is this really a cement plant? Are you sure it's not some ecological eco-farm?" When the visitor delegation arrived at the Huaguo Mountain Ecological Farm, exclamations rose one after another. What greeted their eyes was a view full of lush green plants and melons and fruits hanging heavily on the branches; it is difficult to imagine that this is a cement manufacturing enterprise. Everyone strolled along the small paths in the forest, tasting sweet melons and fruits while listening to stories about mine ecological restoration and comprehensive utilization of solid waste. This is not only a visit, but even more so a vivid practical lesson on the concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets."

Jining Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. under Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd. From 2020 to the present, the average annual output value is 800 million to 1 billion yuan, and the average annual taxes paid are 150 million to 250 million yuan. Adhering to the corporate tenet of "Highest Quality, Most Sincere Service," the leading products produced by the company, including P.Ⅱ 52.5 grade, P.O 42.5 grade, and P.C 42.5 grade "Conch" brand cement, are widely used in industrial, agricultural, civil, construction, transportation, and other engineering projects, mainly sold to various places in Shandong such as Jining, Tai'an, Qufu, and Pingyi.
