On August 27, Wu Qingtao, President of China Building Materials Federation, led a delegation to Jiangsu and held a work discussion meeting with the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Jiangsu Building Materials Industry Association. Liu Jianhua, Resident Vice President of the Federation, Sun Xingshou, Resident Vice President and Secretary-General; Li Kai, Director of the New Materials Industry Division of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Han Bingbing, Fourth-Level Researcher; Zhang Lanrong, Vice President of Jiangsu Building Materials Industry Association, and Wang Jisheng, Secretary-General, attended the symposium. Full discussions were conducted in light of changes in the industry situation and work arrangements for the next step.

The meeting reached a consensus and determined to further strengthen cooperation to jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry on work regarding capacity management in the cement industry, operational monitoring of the building materials industry, cultivation of the inorganic non-metallic materials industry, "Open Competition" for tackling key technological tasks, integrated application of "AI + Building Materials," "adapting good materials to good housing," standard quality, and other aspects.

Zhou Yun, Deputy Secretary-General of Jiangsu Building Materials Industry Association, Zhang Qiang, Deputy Secretary-General, Min Qian, Secretary; Feng Shuai, Director of the Industry Work Department of the Federation, Fu Yue, Director of the Member Services Department, and Cao Yuze from the Office, attended the meeting.
